Privacy Policy — Nuovo Ledger API

This policy describes how Tufenk Enterprises LLC DBA Nuovo handles information for Nuovo Ledger API, a private internal tool connecting only Nuovo’s own QuickBooks Online company file for bookkeeping assistance. It is not a consumer product, is not sold on the Intuit App Store, and is only for Nuovo internal accounting.
What data we access
When authorized through Intuit OAuth, the API may access Nuovo’s own QuickBooks books, including:
Company and account information.
Customers, vendors, and contact details.
Invoices, bills, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Other accounting records needed for internal bookkeeping.
Nuovo Ledger API does not access other businesses’ or third-party customers’ data.
Who can access data
Nuovo owners and authorized staff, as well as authorized agents assisting with Nuovo bookkeeping on Nuovo-controlled systems, may access the data.
How we use data
We use QuickBooks data solely for bookkeeping and reconciliation, internal financial records and reports, and maintaining accurate books. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising or marketing profiles.
Sharing, retention, and security
We do not sell, rent, or trade QuickBooks data or share it for third-party marketing. We retain it only as needed for bookkeeping, tax, legal, and operational purposes, or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable security measures, and credentials and tokens stay on Nuovo-controlled systems. Intuit’s terms and privacy practices govern Intuit’s handling. We may update this policy.
